causaLens is hiring AI Engineers to build and deploy enterprise-grade AI systems and Digital Workers in production. You will work closely with global organisations, embedding with clients to untangle complex workflows and translate them into reliable, scalable agentic systems. You will contribute to systems spanning LLMs, multi-agent coordination, retrieval and reasoning, and enterprise data integration. The role offers ownership in a fast-paced environment and equity participation.

Qualifications

• Experience building production-grade AI solutions with LLMs and RAG pipelines.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI systems.
• Track record of delivering measurable impact through applied AI.
