Job summary

GlobalLogic seeks a Senior/Lead AI Engineer in the United Kingdom to lead the development of core agentic frameworks and evaluation pipelines. You will mentor engineers, design high-performance multi-agent systems, and ensure production-grade, LLM-backed applications with robust observability and governance.

You will work with LangGraph, MCP-based orchestration, and Kubernetes in a cloud-native environment to deliver scalable, trusted enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience shipping agentic or LLM-backed systems used in production.
• Experience with AI Development Life Cycle practices and methodology.
• Production Python engineering with a focus on reliability and testability.
• Hands-on orchestration with LangGraph; exposure to MCP-based tooling.
• Experience instrumenting tracing (LangSmith, Arize) and building CI/CD for LLM workflows.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, data pipelines (Kafka, SQL) and cloud-native infra.
• Experience shipping agentic workloads in production, ideally with Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Architect Agentic Systems: Design, implement, and govern multi-agent architectures.
• Lead Eval-Driven Development: Establish and scale evaluation harnesses and CI/CD for models.
• Optimize Performance at Scale: Address RAG latency, context-window management, routing.
• Build Observability & Governance: Implement real-time monitoring, tracing, and guardrails.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Review designs, set standards, mentor engineers.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with product managers and cloud infra teams.
