WRITER in London is seeking an AI engineer to shape how enterprises harness superintelligence. You will build scalable AI apps and intelligent agents, contributing to performance, safety, and ethical alignment of our LLMs, with a focus on grounding models in company data.

You will work with researchers, data scientists, and product managers in a hybrid London role reporting to head of AI engineering. Bring 5+ years in production ML, Python, and cloud ML tools to delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in ML/AI systems in production.
• Strong Python programming and production-grade software practices.
• Expertise in NLP and large language models.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tooling.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, well-tested code.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy high-performance AI applications into production.
• Develop intelligent agents and AI-powered features for customers.
• Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and product managers to define requirements.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies to maintain leadership.
• Champion responsible AI practices including bias detection and safety.
