causaLens is hiring a Lead AI Engineer to build and deploy enterprise-grade AI systems and Digital Workers. You will work with global organisations, embedding with clients to untangle complex workflows and translate them into reliable, scalable agentic systems.

You will contribute to Python-based stacks, LLM frameworks, orchestration tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), deploying as Docker images in real-world environments.

Qualifications

• Production-grade AI systems experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.
• Client-first mindset with experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong delivery capabilities translating complex problems into scalable AI systems.
• Track record delivering measurable impact through applied AI.
