Job summary

GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, seeks a Senior/Lead AI Engineer to design and ship agentic frameworks and evaluation pipelines at enterprise scale. You will own architecture, mentor engineers, and ensure safety, trust, and performance in production systems.

You will collaborate with clients and product teams, apply LangGraph, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tooling, driving governance and observability to reduce hallucinations and latency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on experience shipping agentic or LLM-backed systems in production.
• Familiarity with AI development life cycle practices and methodology.
• Strong foundations in distributed systems and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-agent systems and govern their development across teams.
• Lead eval-driven development with CI/CD pipelines for LLMs and AI components.
• Optimize performance and latency for enterprise-scale workloads.
• Build observability, tracing, and governance tooling for transparency.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical design reviews and standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and cloud infra teams to align delivery.
