Job summary

GlobalLogic, part of the Hitachi Group, is seeking a visionary Data & AI Practitioner to lead enterprise transformations through data architecture, GenAI, and autonomous agentic workflows. You will originate and close multi-million-dollar deals, shape technical blueprints, and manage P&L accountability while guiding the Data & AI CoE across client engagements.

You will collaborate with executive stakeholders, oversee complex solution architectures, and drive strategic programs to realize

Qualifications

• >=8 years in premier tech or management consulting with track record of growing client accounts and closing enterprise deals
• >Ability to architect end-to-end data and AI strategies spanning data engineering, governance, modern data stacks, GenAI, and autonomous workflows
• >Experience leading data & AI CoE or Enterprise Architecture initiatives and aligning with business value
• >Proficiency across major cloud platforms and advanced data pipeline and AI deployment practices

Responsibilities

• Tie technical decisions to revenue growth, cost reduction, or risk mitigation for clients
• Lead and shape large-scale technical blueprints and respond to RFPs
• Drive client engagements and ensure value realization and best practices in CoE
