Job summary

Profile Software seeks a Senior AI Agentic Engineer in a hybrid role based in Athens, Greece. You will own product vision and lead the technical architecture for our AI projects, bridging product thinking with scalable system design.

You will guide the agent framework stack (LangGraph/LangChain or equivalent), define integration patterns, and oversee evaluation, observability, and production readiness while collaborating with a cross-functional product team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with production AI experience.
• Banking and wealth management domain experience.
• Hands-on with at least one agentic framework (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of the agentic platform, including patterns and state management.
• Lead implementation across the agent framework stack with framework choices.
• Design integration patterns with systems of record via SQL output layer.
• Define evaluation layer with golden datasets and agent-level metrics.
• Own production observability, tracing and cost management.
