Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Lead AI Architect in the UK to grow our AI professional services business across the EMEA region. You will lead the design and delivery of advanced AI solutions, engage with UKI customers, and collaborate with GTM teams to shape consulting offerings. Regular travel to client locations in London and Dublin is expected.

You will combine AI/ML expertise with strong advisory skills to enable adoption of Red Hat AI technologies within enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect roles with customer engagement.
• Strong understanding of AI value delivery and ability to position AI services for business impact.
• Experience talking about predictive/generative AI, MLOps, model eval and deployment, drift and explainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and commissioning of complex AI systems for UKI customers.
• Deliver in-depth technical workshops to elicit use cases and build solution backlogs.
• Support sales with technical content for statements of work and proposals.
