Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Lead AI Architect to drive AI consulting initiatives across the UKI region. You will lead architecture, coordinate cross-team efforts, and help scale AI services for enterprise customers.

You will engage with customers, shape solutions, and support GTM motions, traveling to client sites across London and Dublin as needed. Fluency in English is mandatory and open-source ethos underpins our approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect or related role with a proven background in customer engagement.
• Strong understanding of the value of AI for customers and ability to position Red Hat AI Services portfolio as a catalyst for strategy.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI concepts: generative AI, MLOps, model evalu- ation, drift, explainability, observability.
• Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and the Kubernetes ecosystem in large-scale production environments.
• Excellent communication and soft skills with ability to navigate political environments in global organizations.
• Sales/support experience including developing statements of work, pricing and large-scale proposals.
• Good understanding of the Open Source community.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of AI consulting projects for UKI clients.
• Support sales, scoping, and business development for our AI solutions.
• Develop new consulting solutions addressing common AI use cases.
• Act as lead architect on AI projects, directing design, implementation and deployment.
