Job summary

Breakmark is seeking a seasoned technical leader to drive the sales-engineering interface in the United Kingdom. You will join early discussions, present demos, and guide architecture and security conversations for AI agent solutions.

You will also ship code, build integrations, and lead a high-performing team across engineering, integration, and pre-sales, while gathering customer feedback and localizing the product to meet regional needs.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with shipped products.
• Proven track record in pre-sales, solution architecture, or complex tech deployments.
• Customer-facing background in roles like Field CTO or Solutions Architect.
• Strong leadership, ideally at director/VP level or founder mindset.
• Excellent English and fluency in at least one local language.
• Independent work in zero-to-one environments, building the plan, team, and system from scratch.
• Bonus: experience thriving in a fast-moving startup with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical side of sales: join early conversations, present demos, and guide architecture and security discussions.
• Act as hands-on engineering lead – shipping code, building integrations, and setting high quality standards.
• Build and lead a high-performing technical team across engineering, integration, and pre-sales.
• Drive customer integrations from scoping to deployment of AI agents, and ensure production accuracy.
• Gather customer feedback, localize the product, and represent regional needs to the global Product team.
• Serve as the local technical point of contact, building partnerships and handling escalations.
