Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Lead AI Architect within its Consulting Services for the UK and Ireland region. You will drive the design, delivery, and adoption of AI solutions, collaborating with sales, solution teams, and clients to realise AI value.

Based in the UK with regular travel to London and Dublin, you will lead complex AI projects, shape engagements, and build reusable AI consulting offerings while partnering with global and regional Red Hat teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Solution/Enterprise Architect or similar role with customer engagement experience.
• Ability to articulate AI value and position AI services within a services portfolio.
• Experience discussing predictive/generative AI, MLOps, model evaluation and observability.

Responsibilities

• Support sales, scoping, and business development for AI solutions in UKI.
• Act as lead architect on AI consulting projects for UKI customers.
• Develop reusable AI consulting solution packages and support deployment by STP teams.
