Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an AI and Data Architecture Manager to lead design and delivery of scalable data and AI platforms across client engagements. You will shape strategy, guide architecture decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative data solutions.

You will work with cutting‑edge generative AI and agentic technologies, leading talent and partnering with clients to translate business needs into robust architecture and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker with analytical and creative mindset.
• Stay current with emerging AI and data trends, technologies, and patterns.
• Experience building AI-enabled data architecture.
• In-depth experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Competency with AI/Agentic solutions.
• Background in software development, data engineering or data science.
• Expertise in data modelling, data governance, and data consumption.
• Familiar with Databricks, Snowflake, Anthropic, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading technical teams and architecting complex data solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead teams in designing scalable data solutions using modern technologies.
• Identify gaps in client architectures and develop solutions with senior colleagues.
• Shape strategic roadmaps for AI and data architectures.
• Provide ongoing architectural support across delivery lifecycles.
• Facilitate client workshops and collect requirements.
• Engage with clients to align deliverables with needs.
• Drive thought leadership on AI/data architecture and emerging tech.
