The Delivery Lead / ScrumMaster Mails at Post Office London will support one or more product development squads in Agile delivery, guiding frontend and backend integration, testing and engineering support for rollouts across Branch Technology, Cloud and Digital Platforms.

You will drive mature Agile practices, remove impediments, facilitate ceremonies, manage Jira/Confluence, and partner with Product Owners to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile Delivery Role.
• Hold at least one current Agile/SCRUM certification: CSM, PSM, or PMI-ACP.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Excellent facilitation skills to lead Scrum events effectively and foster collaboration.
• Experience removing impediments and enabling self-organisation in development squads.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day Agile delivery practices across one or more squads.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, estimation and task creation.
• Capture feedback and actions from sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Manage scrum board administration and ensure Jira tooling works for the team.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to keep tasks on time and within budget.
