Post Office Ltd is hiring an Agile Delivery Lead/Scrum Master in London. The role leads agile squads, facilitates ceremonies, and removes impediments to enable timely, budget-conscious delivery.

Hybrid working pattern with emphasis on collaboration across branches and tech platforms. You will coordinate with Product Owners and project managers, ensuring practices align with Post Office standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Agile delivery as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP or similar is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Agile/SCRUM practices across squads.
• Facilitate standups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and support self-organisation within teams.
• Manage Jira boards, reporting and burndown analysis.
