Job summary

Ticketmaster UK Limited is seeking a Lead AI Experience Engineer to shape agentic AI services within the TM1 Client & Fan Support Engineering team. You will define how AI agents understand needs, maintain context, reason through scenarios, apply business rules, and safely complete tasks.

You will establish patterns, evaluation practices, and quality standards, mentoring AI Engineers and aligning solutions with business goals in a remote UK setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive design and leadership in conversational/agentic AI.
• Strong grasp of prompts, NLU, and context handling.
• Experience translating business rules into AI behaviors.
• Familiarity with AI governance and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of agentic AI experiences and define technical direction.
• Translate business rules into AI decision logic and workflows.
• Establish reusable patterns for prompts, guardrails, and evaluation.
• Conduct design reviews and guide engineers toward production-ready solutions.
• Define AI quality measures and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, operations, data science, and security teams.
