Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd in the UK is seeking a Project Manager to join the FCAS sector within the Integrated Demonstrations IPT at the Luton site. You will support the Programme Manager and coordinate across engineering, commercial, procurement and customer stakeholders to enable rapid test and evaluation of early products for GCAP and UK initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience managing projects in complex engineering, aerospace or defence environments.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate across organisations.

Responsibilities

Provide PM support to Programme Manager and align engineering, business and customer stakeholders.
Drive IPT performance focusing on schedule adherence, risk, and milestones.
Play a key role in securing future programme phases through business development.
Champion best-in-class PM practices including financial control, governance and reporting.
Identify and implement continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
