Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Test Equipment delivery for the Fire Control business within the Airborne AESA Radar Sector. You will manage Integrated Project Teams to deliver compliant projects on time and within budget, coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal functions.

The role requires a degree in business or engineering or equivalent experience, strong leadership, and proven project management skills.

Qualifications

Degree qualified in a business or engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
Experience managing small to medium projects with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to influence at all levels and build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead Integrated Project Teams to deliver compliant projects on time and within cost.
Maximise value within commercial constraints.
Ensure proactive communications across functions to meet cost, quality and schedule.
Monitor progress and initiate corrective action.
Identify and manage production risks with contingency plans.
Engage with project teams and vendors according to accountability.
Conduct project reviews and provide recommendations to business areas.
