Job summary

Qualifications

• Comprehensive and demonstrable Project Controls/ Planning experience with proven expertise across project lifecycles.
• Expert user in planning tools (Primavera P6) and ERP systems (SAP).
• Strong collaboration and ability to engage stakeholders up to SVP level.
• Experience coaching or leading teams within a project controls function.
• Knowledge of AGILE and Schedule Risk Analysis principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality and integrity of Project Controls across Projects/Programmes with governance.
• Drive schedule quality and best practice management within the IPT.
• Support bid phase activities to ensure risks are managed and schedules can transition to execution.
• Ensure integrity of Partner/Subcontractor schedules and identify dependencies.
• Perform what-if analyses to inform decision making and risk mitigation.
• Apply Schedule Risk Analysis techniques and monitor effectiveness of mitigations.
• Maintain Project Controls metrics and drive outcomes aligned to company standards.
• Coach and train other members of the Project Controls function.
• Contribute to IPT and Business area reviews with Project Controls inputs.
