Leonardo UK’s FCA team in Luton is seeking a capable Project Manager to join the Integrated Demonstrations IPT. You will coordinate across engineering, commercial and customer stakeholders to deliver rapid test and evaluation of early 6th-gen concepts for GCAP and FCAS programs.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and data-driven decision making within complex defence programmes, with hybrid working arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Demonstrated experience managing projects in complex engineering, aerospace or defence environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Project Management support to the Programme Manager and align across engineering, business functions and customer stakeholders.
• Drive performance across the IPT with focus on schedule adherence, risk management and milestone delivery.
• Support securing future programme phases through business-winning activities.
• Champion best-in-class project management practices including financial control, risk governance and reporting.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
