Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of experience with turbomachinery components in power or aviation sectors.
• Strong understanding of aero engine modules (compressors, turbines, combustion, structures, casings, rotatives, airfoils).
• Experience leading and developing engineering teams and delivering technical outputs.

Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders across Product Development Life Cycle and Production/After Market stages.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers to deliver technical delivery excellence and manufacturability.
• Deliver high quality deliverables and conduct peer reviews to meet customer requirements.
• Be part of a learning culture with teamwork, excellence, and diversity.
