Qualifications

• 12+ years leading modern SOC, Cyber Fusion Center, CSIRT, cyber defense, or detection and response programs in large enterprises.
• 5+ years designing and implementing SOC or Cyber Fusion Center operating models, incl. governance and metrics.
• Experience with advanced cyber defense tools: telemetry pipelines, AI-enabled SOC workflows, automation, ML, analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the building or transforming SOC, CSIRT, or cyber defense functions in complex enterprise environments.
• Oversee solution design, client engagement, and high-impact technical delivery.
• Manage and grow a team while supporting business development and thought leadership.
