Job summary

Moore Kingston Smith is seeking a senior Cyber Security Architect & Engineering Lead to shape and strengthen our security architecture in a technical leadership capacity within the IT Infrastructure function.

You will translate security strategy into secure designs, controls and standards, guiding implementation across identity, cloud, data, endpoints, applications and integration platforms. This role also drives AI security and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in cyber security architecture or security engineering.
• Experience designing security controls in a Microsoft-centric environment.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, cloud, data, endpoint, network, and application security.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain security architecture across identity, endpoints, networks, cloud, SaaS, data, applications and integration platforms.
• Design and implement modern security controls with a focus on Zero Trust and automation.
• Lead security architecture reviews and threat modelling for major projects and emerging technologies.
• Act as technical lead for AI security including Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-related tech.
• Provide senior technical oversight across monitoring, detection engineering, incident response and recovery.
