Qualifications

• 12+ years leading modern SOC, Cyber Fusion Center, CSIRT, cyber defense, or detection programs in large enterprises.
• 5+ years designing SOC/CFC operating models: governance, workflows, escalation paths, coverage, metrics.
• Experience in detection engineering and use‑case lifecycle management across enterprise telemetry.
• Experience with security telemetry pipelines, AI‑enabled SOC workflows, automation, ML, and analytics.
• Advising CISOs and cyber defense leaders on strategy, maturity, gaps, and roadmaps.
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, XDR, EDR, IAM, cloud security platforms, and enterprise security technologies.
• Experience developing proposals, technical narratives, roadmaps, and client‑ready presentations.
• Experience coaching multidisciplinary teams and operating in a high‑growth environment.
• Ability to lead client delivery, including solution architecture and quality oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree.
