Job summary

Digital Delivered is building its Cybersecurity practice and seeks a founding lead to own it end-to-end from week one, with autonomy over proposition, pricing, partners and hires. You will lead the practice across advisory, delivery and software resell, nurturing enterprise engagements and scaling a new revenue line with equity upside; reporting directly to a founder and shaping client conversations.

You will own resilience, incident response, and complex security programs, while developing

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity professional services and selling the work.
• Ideally has run their own practice or business previously.
• A practitioner background — security leader with enterprise engagements.
• Fluent in frameworks clients are audited against and able to translate them into board language.
• Wants ownership and can price it into the offer.

Responsibilities

• Own the cybersecurity practice across advisory, delivery, and software resell.
• Lead resilience and crisis engagements personally.
• Convert existing clients into cyber revenue and manage vendor relationships.
• Build the associate bench and scale the team as demand grows.
• Shape profitability through partner selection and client outcomes.
