Maples Care Home in the United Kingdom is seeking an Activities Lead on a part-time contract to develop and deliver a high-quality, person-centred activities programme for residents, including those living with dementia.

You will plan and lead group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual interests and care plans, work with the Home Manager and team, and maintain accurate records while reviewing and improving the programme to stay engaging and effective.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in an Activities Coordinator or similar role is essential
• Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging activities and events
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident, creative and proactive approach
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience supporting older people, including those living with dementia

• Develop and deliver a high-quality, engaging and person-centred activities programme
• Plan and lead both group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual interests and care needs
• Build strong relationships to enable meaningful participation and social interaction
• Work closely with the Home Manager and wider team to keep activities well organised and aligned with care plans
