Job summary

Tunbridge Wells Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking an Activities Lead to develop and deliver a high quality, person-centred activities programme for residents, including those living with dementia.

You will plan and lead both group and one-to-one activities, collaborate with the Home Manager, and maintain records to continually improve the programme, ensuring wellbeing and social interaction for residents.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging activities and events.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Confident, creative and proactive approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting older people, including those living with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a high quality, engaging activities programme.
• Plan and lead group and one-to-one activities tailored to individuals.
• Work with Home Manager to align activities with individual care plans.
• Maintain accurate records and review programme effectiveness.
