Qualifications
Minimum three years experience as a Registered Children's Home Manager.
Strong experience supporting children with learning disabilities, autism, and SEN.
Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations.
Responsibilities
Lead the Ofsted registration process and maintain regulatory compliance.
Establish the home including policies and procedures.
Recruit, lead and develop a high performing staff team.
Deliver person centered care that supports wellbeing and positive outcomes.
Manage safeguarding, staffing, budgets, and quality assurance.
