Job summary

A leading social care provider in Bicester is seeking an experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to oversee the establishment of a new specialist home. The role requires leadership in managing staff and delivering person-centered care to children with learning disabilities and autism. Candidates must hold relevant diplomas and have a strong background in regulatory compliance. Qualifications

Requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or above

• Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Home Regulations

Experience opening or registering a new home would be highly beneficial. Additionally, previous Children’s home manager job experience will be an advantage.
