A leading social care provider in Bicester is seeking an experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to oversee the establishment of a new specialist home. The role requires leadership in managing staff and delivering person-centered care to children with learning disabilities and autism. Candidates must hold relevant diplomas and have a strong background in regulatory compliance. This position offers a competitive salary of £52,000 to £58,000 along with career progression opportunities and benefits, including 28 days annual leave and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience as a Registered Children's Home Manager.
• Strong experience supporting children with learning disabilities, autism, and SEN.
• Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations.

Requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or above
• Minimum three years experience as a Registered Children’s Home Manager in a Children’s home manager job
• Strong experience supporting children with learning disabilities, autism and SEN
• Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Home Regulations

Experience opening or registering a new home would be highly beneficial. Additionally, previous Children’s home manager job experience will be an advantage.
