Job summary

Guy's & St Thomas' Foundation is seeking an experienced Community Fundraising Manager to lead a four-person team and drive a growing community fundraising programme. You will provide both strategic and operational leadership to deliver high-impact supporter stewardship and ambitious fundraising results.

The role focuses on people development, setting direction, and delivering sustainable income growth through community activities, events, and donor engagement across the Foundation's brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of four to deliver the community fundraising programme.
• Shape and deliver the future growth strategy for community fundraising with the Head of Community & Events.
• Oversee supporter acquisition, stewardship and retention to maximise income and ensure excellent supporter experience.
• Utilise data, insight and market trends to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to maximise fundraising opportunities and collaboration.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and programme performance to achieve targets.
• Champion continuous improvement and best practice across the programme.
