Job summary

The Access Project is seeking a Fundraising Manager to drive income growth across Trusts & Foundations and Individual Giving. You will lead fundraising initiatives, manage key funder relationships, and coordinate compelling funding proposals and donor communications.

Based in London or hybrid working, you will line-manage a Senior Coordinator and work with a collaborative Partnerships team to expand a diverse funding base in support of educational equity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver income targets for Trusts & Foundations and Individual Giving, contributing to the overall fundraising strategy.
• Manage relationships with existing funders, ensuring renewals and growth, while proactively identifying new opportunities.
• Lead the development and submission of compelling funding applications, appeals, and donor communications.
• Support cultivation and stewardship of Trusts & Foundations and individual donors, including through tailored communications and donor engagement activities.
