A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Lawyer in Lincoln for a full-time temporary role. The successful candidate will provide legal advice on Adult Care legal matters, including Court of Protection work. Applicants should be experienced adult social care solicitors with knowledge of mental health and Care Act issues. The rate is £20.85ph PAYE and the start date is ASAP.

Overview

Lawyer needed in Lincoln. The rate is £20.85ph PAYE. This is a temporary role. The reference number is: OR11620.

Location: Lincoln. Start ASAP. This is a full-time post. The successful candidate will provide legal advice on all aspects of Adult Care legal work, including court work.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on all aspects of Adult Care legal work including court work.
• Demonstrate experience in Court of Protection work, mental capacity, mental health, and related Care Act issues.
• Attend the office on at least one day to meet the team and to collect laptops and other equipment and to ensure access to our systems.

Qualifications

• Experienced Adult social care solicitor.
• Experience in Court of Protection, mental capacity, mental health, and Care Act matters.
