Job summary

Aspire People Limited is recruiting experienced Law specialists for teaching roles across Newport FE providers. Roles span full-time, part-time and flexible opportunities, with September 2026 starts and ongoing opportunities.

You may not need prior lecturing experience if you have strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire learners. Deliver engaging Law teaching across vocational and academic programmes, support learners with legal principles, assessments and progression, and contribute

Qualifications

• Degree or Level 3+ qualification in Law or a relevant subject.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles, legislation and current legal practice.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
• FE teaching experience is desirable.
• Experience supporting learners with SEN/ALN is beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Role

Are you an experienced Law specialist looking to move into Further Education, or an established Law Lecturer looking for your next opportunity?

Aspire People are working in partnership with Further Education providers across Newport to recruit experienced Law specialists and lecturers.

You don't necessarily need to have worked as a Lecturer previously. If you have strong subject knowledge, relevant qualifications and the ability to support and inspire learners, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role
