Aspire People is actively recruiting FE & College Lecturers to teach across South Wales with immediate and ASAP starts. Roles offer £28-£45 per hour plus a £100 sign-up bonus after 20 days worked, and flexible full-time or part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Deliver engaging, industry-relevant teaching that inspires learners and supports them in achieving their academic, vocational, and career goals.
• Plan, assess, and monitor learner progress while creating inclusive, positive learning environments that promote achievement and progression.
• Support and motivate learners from a range of backgrounds, including those with ALN, SEN, behavioural, or additional support needs.
• Bring relevant teaching experience, industry expertise, or vocational qualifications, alongside strong communication and organisational skills.
• Teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential for some opportunities. EWC registration (or willingness to obtain) is required.
