Corinthia London is seeking a Laundry Manager to lead and continually improve all laundry operations within a 5-star luxury environment, ensuring impeccable quality, efficiency and service delivery.

Working closely with the Executive Housekeeper and hotel leadership, you will oversee cost control, team development, compliance, and uphold the hotel’s reputation for excellence while maintaining high standards of fabric care and equipment operation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in laundry operations within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
• Managerial or senior supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of fabric care, industrial laundry equipment, and finishing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with industrial laundry machinery and delicate fabric care.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in luxury hospitality.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.
• Pride in professional grooming.

ABOUT THE ROLE

A Laundry Manager manages, and continuously improves all laundry operations to ensure exceptional quality, efficiency, and service delivery. The role is responsible for the strategic, operational, and people management of the laundry department, ensuring that guest laundry, hotel linen, and staff uniforms consistently meet luxury brand standards.

Working closely with the Executive Housekeeper and senior hotel management, the Laundry Manager plays a key role in cost control, team development, compliance, and maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in laundry operations within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment
• Previous experience in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of fabric care, industrial laundry equipment, and finishing techniques
• Hands-on experience with industrial laundry machinery and delicate fabric care
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
• Good level of written and spoken English
