The Peninsula London is pleased to announce that we are seeking a Laundry Attendant who will report to the Wardrobe Supervisor within the laundry department. This position supports laundry operations involving hotel linen, guest, residents, and colleagues’ laundry, coordinating both internally and with external providers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate hotel linen, guest, and staff laundry with internal and external service providers, ensuring proper follow-up on all job orders regarding process, quality, discrepancies, and defects.
2. Provide dry-cleaning and pressing services for internal and external laundry, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high service standards.
3. Monitor wash cycles and dry cleaning programs; advise mid-management of any fabric discoloration, quality issues, or errors. Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and assist with machine cleaning at shift end.

General Requirements

• Experience in laundry operations, especially with high-quality fabrics/linens
• Passion for luxury hotel service and excellent communication skills
• Strong time management, organization, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work night shifts as needed
