An Housekeeping Attendant will support all Housekeeping and Laundry operations by handling guest requests, analyzing each request, and delegating tasks among team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and guests have an exceptional experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will support all Housekeeping and Laundry activities by delegating daily tasks within the hotel. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining high standards in Housekeeping and Laundry according to hotel brand standards
• Monitoring the appearance, standards, and performance of team members, emphasizing training and teamwork
• Providing excellent guest service
• Managing room availability and coordinating with Floor Housekeeping Supervisors
• Controlling department operations such as employee scheduling, key management, linen and uniform control
• Checking guest information in CRM to meet preferences and requests timely
• Requesting flowers and special linen embroidery for occasions
• Managing Lost and Found items and donations
• Ensuring uniforms are cleaned or repaired
• Coordinating document and personnel movement within the department
• Releasing laundry for guests daily and managing laundry expenses monthly
• Replacing Laundry Attendants during absences
