Overview

A Housekeeping Attendant supports all housekeeping and laundry operations by addressing guest requests, analyzing each request, and delegating tasks efficiently among team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service in line with hotel brand standards
  • Monitor and support the performance and appearance of team members, emphasizing training and teamwork
  • Provide excellent guest service
  • Coordinate room availability and housekeeping activities with supervision
  • Manage departmental controls, including key management, incident logging, and linen inventory
  • Check guest information in CRM to meet preferences and requests promptly
  • Arrange flowers and special linen embroidery for occasions
  • Handle lost and found items and donations monthly
  • Oversee uniform maintenance and repairs
  • Manage document flow and department traffic, including linen release
  • Process laundry services for guests
  • Assist in laundry expense reporting and provisioning
  • Replace colleagues during absences or days off
Qualifications
