Job summary

Babcock International invites graduates to join its Systems Engineering Graduate Programme in Plymouth. Over two years, you'll rotate through placements every 3–6 months, tackling diverse projects from submarines to naval ships and satellite communications.

You’ll gain structured development, mentorship, and support toward Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status, with a route into a permanent engineering role and exposure to global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in a STEM discipline: BEng, MEng, BSc or MSc (or equivalent).
• Must be able to achieve and maintain BPSS and Security Check clearance.
• UK residency status as required for this UK programme.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across placements every 3–6 months to cover a broad range of projects and teams.
• Support technology innovation, concept design, production, commissioning, in-service support and decommissioning across the lifecycle.
