Job summary

ProCook is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our new Derby store in the Derbion centre, due to open soon. You will lead on the shop floor, coach the team, and support the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong commercial results.

This full-time role involves 40 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends, with onboarding at the Store Support Centre and in-store training. You’ll drive sales, stock control, and store standards while developing a high-performing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' supervisory or deputy management experience (essential).
• Experience in retail or hospitality is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive sales and performance with strong commercial awareness and KPI focus.
• Take daily floor leadership and ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee stock, merchandising, compliance, and store standards.
• Support team development and wellbeing through coaching and 1-to-1s.
• Use performance data to improve results and decision-making.
• Step in to lead the store in the Store Manager's absence.
