Maki & Ramen is launching a new site and seeks an experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager to lead its opening and ongoing operations. You will manage day-to-day activities, drive exceptional guest service, and oversee teams in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Salary is £31,590–£32,760 per year, with typical earnings up to £42k including tips and bonuses. Hours are 45–50 per week; this is a full-time, in-person role based in the Nottingham area.
