Job summary

Maki & Ramen in London is seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager to lead the launch of our new site. You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop the team, and drive exceptional guest service.

This full-time role offers a base salary of £31,000–£32,000 per year plus tips, with potential to reach £43,000 OTE through performance. You'll work 45–50 hours per week and play a key part in delivering a premium dining experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant management experience required.
• Hospitality experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations during events and normal service.
• Lead, develop and inspire a large diverse team with high hospitality standards.
• Drive commercial performance including revenue, costs and labour management.
• Ensure health, safety, licensing and food hygiene compliance at all times.
• Collaborate with arena stakeholders to coordinate logistics and guest experience.
