Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a founding General Manager to launch the Everlast Gyms club in Croydon, building the team, setting standards, and shaping the member experience from day one.

You will lead across sales, service and operations, recruit and coach a high-performing team, and drive all revenue streams while delivering exceptional member journeys. This is a rare chance to own the early growth of a flagship gym.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's management experience in the fitness industry.
• Strong leadership skills with adaptable communication/management style.
• Member-first mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness and drive to deliver results.
• Resilience and a solutions-driven approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Be the founding General Manager of our brand-new Everlast Gyms club in Croydon. This is a rare chance to open a club from day one, building the team, setting the standards, and shaping the member experience from the ground up.

As General Manager, you'll be accountable for the day-to-day running of your club, leading from the front acrosssales, service, and operations. You'll set the pace for high standards, drive every revenue stream, and make sure each member's visit feels exceptional.

You'll recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team that consistently hits its KPIs and takes the member journey to the next level, all with a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to own it.
