Job summary

Our client, a reputable main dealer in Milton Keynes, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician (Late Shift) to join their busy workshop. This excellent opportunity offers experienced technicians real prospects for advancement within a manufacturer-backed dealership, with ongoing training and career development.

Benefits include a basic salary up to £38,500, a bonus scheme with OTE circa £42,000, and working hours 3:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday to Friday with no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician (Late Shift).
• Strong mechanical knowledge with diagnostic experience preferred.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools.
• Complete vehicle inspections, health checks, and repairs efficiently.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, adhering to manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Accurately complete job cards and maintain electronic workshop records.
