Job summary

You will develop laser micromachining processes and run production on advanced laser systems spanning UV to IR wavelengths. The team seeks a hands-on, highly skilled scientist with strong IT and instrumentation skills, ready to contribute in a leading laser micromachining environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate or with 2+ years in lasers/optical engineering.
• Experience in laser micromachining is advantageous.
• Knowledge of optical systems and materials science is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop laser micromachining processes for customers.
• Run production work on state-of-the-art laser systems.
• Collaborate with the Laboratory team to optimise processes.
