About the Role:
As a Landlord & Tenant Surveyor, you’ll advise and guide clients on lease renewals, rent reviews, re-gearing, and restructuring, delivering strategic solutions tailored to their unique needs. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, handle negotiations, and ensure clients get the most from their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
– Negotiate lease renewals and rent reviews for both landlords and tenants
– Lead lease restructuring and re-gearing to maximize value
– Act as an Expert Witness in arbitration and PACT referrals
– Build strong, long-lasting client relationships
– Stay on top of market trends and landlord & tenant legislation

REQUIREMENTS

– MRICS qualification
– Proven success in landlord & tenant surveying and lease advisory
– Sharp negotiation skills with an eye for market analysis
– Proactive, solution-driven attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure
– Solid understanding of Landlord & Tenant Legislation
