ABOUT THE ROLE

Perform Commercial Red Book Valuations on a variety of mixed-use properties throughout London.

This is a fully remote position, with optional use of the Liverpool Street London office. You will represent the company, engaging with clients across diverse portfolios.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong client relationships to support strategic growth.
• Conduct Red Book standard valuations for commercial properties.
• Represent the team at internal and external events, demonstrating expertise.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase brand visibility.
• Manage workload effectively with strong self-motivation.
