Job summary

The Environment Partnership in Warrington is seeking a land and estates management professional for a full-time, permanent hybrid role. You will conduct site inspections, assess risks, and support safe, compliant maintenance of client property portfolios for Homes England.

Qualifications

• Experience in land and estates management.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation related to property/land management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to client policy and safety standards.
• Produce risk assessments and action points with follow-up.
• Liaise with clients and contractors on outcomes, costs, and schedules.
• Manage relationships with security and maintenance providers.
• Ensure PPE compliance and incident reporting procedures.
