Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Systems Engineer to contribute to the Land Ceptor functional development team. The role involves understanding customer needs, deriving system and software requirements, and aligning product line strategies to deliver versatile capabilities for UK and export contracts.

Key tasks include managing changes, communicating architectures, and engaging stakeholders. Hybrid working is available with on-site requirements and security clearance considerations for UK nationals.

Qualifications

• Experience in requirements management within defence is preferred.
• Ability to derive suitable subsystem and software requirements to meet customer needs.
• Experience with engineering change control and management processes.
