Job summary

MBDA is expanding the Land Ceptor functional development team to support new contracts. The Systems Engineer will work on requirements, certification, and programme delivery activities with the Chief Systems Engineer and cross-functional teams.

The role offers hybrid working and the chance to contribute to multiple aspects of complex defence systems, including stakeholder engagement and bid management with the Poland programme lead.

Qualifications

• General systems engineering experience (defence context preferred).
• Requirements management & derivation experience.
• Experience with system engineering tools e.g. DOORS/DOORS NG/Rhapsody.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Take customer requirements and derive system, subsystem and software requirements; perform studies; support design.
• Capture and review evidence for certification; support design delivery.
• Collaborate with Poland programme lead to organise bids and manage programme delivery activities.
