Responsibilities

• Helping the customer understand and capture their needs
• Deriving suitable system subsystem and software requirements to meet the needs
• Informing product line approaches to allow a common suite of products to meet different customer needs
• Determining and managing processes and procedures to manage change is a controlled way
• Acting as customer for specific software items

What we're looking for from you:

• Requirements management and derivation experience (ideally in a defence)Experience of system engineering tools e.g. DOORS/DOORS NG/RhapsodyAbility to disseminate/share technical information to customers in an understandable mannerEngineering change control and management experienceAbility to initiate/undertake and drive trade studies and system development activitiesExperience of developing complex systems (ideally in defence)Ability to communicate architectures and ideas at all levelsStrong stakeholder management skillsExperience of working with product lines would be beneficial

Salary

Salary: Up to 57,000 depending on experience

Work arrangements

Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3 days per week on-site due to workload classification

Security Clearance

Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
